SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India. Currently we don't ship any international orders.

 

1. OREDR PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email / messages.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. ORDER DELIVEREY
Domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
We provide free standard shipping on all prepaid orders in India. All orders placed within India are delivered within 8-10 business days from the date of shipping.
Additional express shipping services are available at extra cost, where delivery can be expected to take 2-4 working days.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped along with the tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment using the tracking number.

5. EXPORT BY INTERNATION
We currently do not export internationally, but we are working towards it soon. So keep watching for that.

6. DELAYS
Sometimes our deliveries get delayed due to such unforeseen circumstances like rains, strikes, or sometimes logistics issues. We shall keep you updated via emails or SMS if your shipment is delayed.

7. CHANGES IN ADDRESS
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@braviadecor.com / +91 95284 38404. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is shipped.

8. MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN
If your package is missing or lost, please contact us within 7 days from the expected delivery date. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. DAMAGES
If your order is damaged, please email us immediately at contact@braviadecor.com / +91 95284 38404 with photos of the damage, your order number, and any other information about your order.

Shipping Claims:

Any claims on shipping related to the orders that might have been flagged mistakenly delivered on the portal of courier company, be advised to us within the window of 3 working days of the order marking delivery on the courier portal.

How to Track Package :

We send tracked consignment/tracking numbers on the shipping agency website to track orders that are processed and shipped. In case your order is shipped out, we will mail it along with information about shipping to you.

Re-dispatch of Order:

In case of prepaid order, if for any reason a dispatched order gets returned to us, due to incorrect mobile number or incomplete address provided by buyer or in situations where the buyer is held accountable, the buyer has to bear the forward courier charges to re-dispatch the order. In case the buyer don't agree to pay the said amount - then forward, return shipping charges and payment gateway charges would be deducted and balance amount would be refunded to the buyer.
